SUMMARY:IPA UK Tayside Ceilidh Weekend 2027
DESCRIPTION:IPA Scotland (Region 1)\, Tayside Branch is pleased to announce its Annual Ceilidh Weekend\, which will take place from Friday 29 January to Monday 1 February 2027 at the Invercarse Hotel\, Dundee. \nSituated on Perth Road with stunning views over the River Tay\, the Invercarse Hotel provides an ideal setting for a weekend of friendship\, hospitality\, and traditional Scottish culture. \nProgramme Highlights\nThe weekend programme is currently being finalised and will include: \n\n\nA Whisky and Gin Tasting on Friday afternoon\, hosted by Ewan McIlwraith \n\n\nA Gala Dinner on Saturday evening\, featuring traditional Scottish music\, dancing\, and entertainment \n\n\nOpportunities to socialise and strengthen international IPA friendships \n\n\nGuests are encouraged to wear kilts or a touch of tartan for the Gala evening. \nCharity Support\nA raffle and prize draws will be held during the weekend in support of the Scottish Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) and IPA Tayside Branch. \nAccommodation Package (Dinner\, Bed & Breakfast)\n3 Nights (Friday–Monday): \n\n\n£390 per room (2 persons sharing) \n\n\n£270 single occupancy \n\n\n2 Nights (Friday–Sunday): \n\n\n£260 per room (2 persons sharing) \n\n\n£183 single occupancy \n\n\nAdditional nights are available on a pro rata basis. \nTravel Information\nThe venue is easily accessible: \n\n\nBy Air: Via Edinburgh Airport\, with direct coach links to Dundee city centre\, followed by a short taxi journey \n\n\nBy Rail: Dundee Railway Station\, with taxi access to the hotel \n\n\nBy Car: Complimentary on-site parking is available\, including electric vehicle charging facilities \n\n\nRegistration and Enquiries\nFor a registration form or further information\, please contact:yvonnemmcgregor@gmail.com
